I will probably end up renaming this page, but for the moment it sort of
named itself.
It is probably too late to warn many of our Troopers, but there's a few
of their families who should be aware that the old footlocker is a treasure chest,
not a pile of junk - so whatever you do, DON'T listen to the kindly old
gent who says he'll be doing you a favor to take it off your hands for
fifty bucks.
There's a lot of reasons that I started the "Heritage Bn.," and
one of them was to make families, and sons of Troopers have more pride
in their fathers, uncles and so forth - so that they would value, for
their own sakes, what these men had done. I wanted to create an
attitude that there were some things valued beyond money - Heritage.
