R.J. 43 

Battery RJ43 was built wartime in an exposed position near Road Junction 43 but was not assigned a name.  The Moore Report Armament Tabulation  lists RJ-43 as having two guns, but this is almost certainly a typographical error as the main body of the report at P.39 refers to it in the singular, Mr. James N. Black points out.  The statement of Captain Thomas W. Davis (app4endix of the Case Report) also cites a single gun being emplaced there.
