This Members CD contains over 100 hours of materials, several hundred photographs from both public and private collections, documents official and unofficial, maps and memoirs - all weaving a rich, historic tapestry telling of the fall and rise of one of the true, great American Icons.

It contains the fully restored text of the intimate, first hand account of the premier combat jump of the Pacific War, published for the first time - COMBAT OVER CORREGIDOR

It also features  the first publishing of Al McGrew's poignant and tragic autobiography of Corregidor and survival, "Amid th' Encircling Gloom" and the reference works in progress of the Unit Histories of the Coast Artillery of Manila and Subic Bays, 1941.

The most comprehensive collection of materials available about Corregidor's history is now available as a stand-alone Reference CD.

It is based upon the internet websites of the Corregidor Historic Society and and contains materials far beyond those available to non-members, including the full texts of two historic manuscripts and almost two hours of historic radio broadcasts.

The CD  is for educational purposes and was produced  by the Corregidor Historic Society in collaboration the 503d Parachute Regimental Combat Team of World War II Inc.  It is provided free with Membership of the Corregidor Historic Society / 503d PRCT Heritage Bn.
