There
are at least 19 men standing on the foredeck of PT-373 as it
cruises past Wheeler Point. Battery Monja is barely visible -
it has already received much attention from 5" shore bombardment; though
the gun itself is out of action, the Battery will prove unassailable
until well after the war ends.
