Handlon was killed about where the soldier carrying the parachute is walking. Huff and Friehoff were in a room near a powder magazine to the left of the stairs shown.

Our maps were so deficient, until I arrived and actually read the name, I had no idea of its identity - and it had been one of our "go" points. It was the first name I read on Corregidor. The last time I saw Wheeler it was black (the entire back area) from the great explosion . This must have been 158th or a later date.  The pile of crumpled corrugated metal and wood also contains the top of the AA gun mounted in the No. 2 gun port (East). I believe the bulldozer has pushed this up  from the warehouse wreckage in Battery "B" area where metal and wood abounded.
