The twelve Troopers whose bodies have not been recovered are memorialized on the walls of the Manila Cemetery, situate about six miles south-east of Manila within the limits of Fort Bonifacio, the former U.S. Army Fort William McKinley.  It can be reached most easily by taxi cab.

The cemetery, 152 acres in extent, is on a prominent plateau, and contains the largest number of graves of the U.S. military war dead of WWII - Seventeen thousand two hundred and six. 

On the rectangular piers of the memorial are inscribed the names of 36,282 of the Missing, and who rest in unknown graves.
