-10- 20 Feb 45 We take Geary  Point, further experiencing Jap snipers as well as the difficulties of fighting Japs in caves and bunkers.  The number of Japs killed is mountingsteadily.  Our casualties from enemy action are light except for explos ion losses.   23 Feb 45 We moved to Malinta Hill.   24 Feb 45 Begin the attach for Malinta Hill.   25 Feb 45 Attack around the Water Tower  and Monkey Pount continues. Japs fightingfiercely by day and night.   26 Feb 45 The catastrophic explosion as we complete the storming of this area around Monkey Point  Malinta Tunnel.  Capt. Bossert was among the injured.  Lt.
